Born in the Shadows.
Raised by Rebellion.

Blue Law Bourbon ain’t just whiskey. It’s a middle finger to the status quo. Crafted for outlaws, originals, and anyone tired of bourbon snobbery.

Uncork Defiance

Some laws were meant to be broken.

Blue laws once told America when it could drink. Sundays were silent. Shelves were bare. But history has a way of favoring the stubborn — the bootleggers, the backroom bartenders, and in our case, one immigrant mother who refused to play by the rules.

Stefania Dawicki came to America from Poland with grit in her heart and family on her mind. When Prohibition hit, she turned to bootlegging to survive — running spirits through backroads and hidden routes the law couldn’t touch. Her courage kept her family together and her story alive.

Silent Passage Spirit Co. was built to honor her defiance. The name recalls the hidden passages, whispered deals, and bold moves that kept the smuggler’s spirit alive. Blue Law Bourbon is our first chapter — a nod to the old laws that tried to kill the pour, and the people who kept it flowing.

We don’t chase trends. We don’t bow to bourbon snobbery. We craft whiskey the way Stefania lived her life — bold, resilient, unapologetic.
